As we come into a new year we are often struck with a renewed spirit and a surge of energy to do things differently, better, or with more zest. We cobble together resolutions and say, "This is the year that I..." But what if we approached the year with not what are we going to add to this year, but rather what do we need to take away, to avoid, or to delegate this year?

Join me for a two hour interactive workshop to create your filter for 2017--the lens at which you will use to make sure you are filling your schedule and life with what is most important to you and those around you.

The day will include fun exercises and guided meditation with the goal of leaving with a clear view of how you want your year to look--what you want to avoid--and what you can't wait to add.
